  Airline passengers deserve the same communication choices they have on the ground. That is why I am writing to ask you to oppose H.R.5788 (HANG UP Act) which would ban wireless voice communication on any commercial airline in American airspace. There are no safety or health reasons to justify such a legislative ban. This ban is clearly arbitrary and subjective. The rest of the globe is embracing this technology and America must not isolate itself.
  Please oppose H.R.5788 and support traveler connectivity and choice.
